What We Do
The responsibility of the Recorder of Deeds office is to file for record, maintain and preserve all the land records of Marion County. Surveys | $24 First Page (18 x 24 inches), $5 for each additional page thereafter $29 First Page (24 x 36 inches), $10 for each additional page thereafter |
Copy of Real Estate Document | Up to five pages: $2, Each Additional Page: $0.25 |
Certified Copy of Real Estate Document | Up to five pages: $3, Each Additional Page: $0.25 |
All requests for documents to be mailed, must be accompanied by a self-addressed stamped envelope of sufficient size to accommodate the document.
